GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Individual reservations

Reservations are always binding. We apply the following conditions for individual reservations (max. 3 rooms):

- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival date.

- For cancellations within a period of 7 to 2 days before arrival, the first night will be charged.

- For cancellations within two days before arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.


Group reservations

For group bookings from 4 rooms the following conditions apply:

- Reservations of 4 or more rooms are binding on payment of a deposit for the first night (for all rooms).

- For cancellations of group bookings up to 1 month before arrival date, the first night will be charged.

- The full amount of the group reservation must be paid 1 month before arrival, this amount is under no circumstances refundable by the customer.


Special conditions

On public holidays and during school holidays other agreements apply. For these dates, reservations cannot be cancelled and the full amount of the reservation will be charged (excluding booked meals or extras).

 

PAYMENT TERMS

All our invoices are payable net at De Haan on the day the invoice is drawn up, unless stated otherwise (due date). Every invoice that remains unpaid on the set due date will be increased by law, without notice of default, with an interest of 12% per year until full payment. After the due date and by operation of law, an amount of 20% on the principal sum will be owed by way of compensation, without prejudice to any reminder or legal costs.
